New CEU Requirements

Hello all,
I know you have received the new information on CEUs and how you will need to acquire 3 credits in your field. There is no need to be concerned about this. To achieve these credits you can do any number of things. I recommend: 1) Attending monthly meetings, 2) apply to Professional Development to have your state conferences count, 3) Attend professional development opportunities when available, 4) Apply to attend content specific workshops outside the district, and there are many others. For those who have been regularly attending monthly meetings this year, your attendance will automatically go to satisfy this requirement. This is nothing anyone should get upset about. Thanks!
